Booking App
Follow this quick guide to set up your account and start booking reservations with us!
1. Download the App
Search for Gingr for Pet Parents in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the app to your device.
2. Open the App
Once installed, open the app to begin the setup process.
3. Enter Our Store Code
When prompted, type in our business’s store code:
995495
This code will connect you directly to our facility.
4. Create Your Account
You’ll be guided to create an account with your basic contact information.
5. Add Your Pet’s Information
Enter details about your pet(s), such as:
- Name
- Breed
- Age
- Vaccination records (if available)
- Any special notes or needs
6. Book Your Reservations
Once your profile is complete, you can:
- Request boarding reservations
- View upcoming appointments
- Update your pet’s information
- Upload vaccine records
