The Welcome Hub
This is your first stop! Our friendly, dedicated staff will greet you and check your pet in quickly and safely. We confirm all requirements, discuss any special needs or instructions, and ensure a warm start to your dog’s stay.
Safe Transfer Zone
We take security seriously. This double-gated transfer zone ensures that no dog can ever slip past the front door. We use this dedicated, secure area for all transitions, giving you peace of mind that your pet is safely contained before entering or exiting the resort.
Indoor Play Area
Our expansive, climate-controlled indoor space is perfect for supervised play year-round. Featuring non-slip, easy-to-sanitize flooring and bright lighting, this area is designed for safe fun, group socialization, and structured games, keeping tails wagging even on rainy or cold days.
Outdoor Play Area
Our secure, fully fenced outdoor yard provides ample space for running, sniffing, and burning off energy in the fresh Michigan air. This area allows dogs to rotate through play groups, enjoy sunbathing, and get plenty of potty breaks under constant staff supervision.
Private Kennels
When it’s time to rest, your dog relaxes in their own clean, private kennel run. We utilize state-of-the-art Midmark Sani-Kennels—the industry gold standard—complete with elevated, soft bedding, ensuring maximum security and a hygienic, comfortable environment for a restful night.
