How do I book a service?
You can book online using our integrated scheduling software, call us during business hours, or come in to schedule an appointment.
Do you offer any discounts or packages?
Yes, we offer discounted packages for multiple days of Daycare (10, 15, 20, 30-day packs) and for extended stays (7+ days) for boarding.
What vaccinations are required for my dog to stay?
For the safety of all guests, we require proof of current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines.
What is the minimum age for dogs?
We welcome dogs that are 12 weeks and older. We recommend consulting your veterinarian to ensure your puppy is fully ready for group settings.
What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
Please bring your dog’s food (pre-portioned is best). You may also bring their blankets, toys, bowls, and bed if they are clean.
Can you provide food if I forget or run out?
Yes, we can supply our food for an additional charge of $4 per meal.
How often are the dogs let out during a boarding stay?
Boarding includes unlimited play time in our indoor/outdoor areas throughout the day, as well as frequent potty breaks. They are only in their private kennel for mealtimes and safe rest overnight.
Does my dog need to share a kennel with other dogs?
Never. Dogs from the same family may share a kennel by request and if they get along, but all dogs are provided their own safe, individual space.
